Incubator Experts Rate Card
Below find the rates we charge for repairs and services. Repairs are guaranteed for six months. Emergency support and after hours support is also via WhatsApp 063 781 881 where possible. Contact us on 063 781 8871 with a description of the support required or request for emergency support.

Call-out/Delivery |
This is the rate we charge you to come out to your premises to service or repair your equipment. This could be for work or repairs to be done, for a delivery of equipment or to pickup equipment that needs repair or servicing. |

Oniste Labour (Client) |
This is the labour rate we charge for onsite work. |
R300 first hour, thereafter we charge in half hour increments @ R150 |

Offsite Labour (IncubatorExperts) |
This is the labour rate we charge for work or repairs that is undertaken in our offices / workshop to service or repair equipment. |
R250 first hour, thereafter we charge in half hour increments @ R125 |

Remote Support |
Remote support is available via WhatsApp or telephone. This is often quicker and cheaper because you save on the call out fee. In some scenarios remote support is not possible or not the best option and we will advise you at the time that it is better if we come on site or the equipment is brought to us. |
R250 for first hour, thereafter we charge in half hour increments @ R125 |
Please note that all work outside our normal business hours are charged as overtime which constitutes double the rates above.
Normal business hours are Monday to Friday : 9h00 - 16h30 and Saturday 9h00 - 12h00, excluding public holidays.
